* All guests including the Grad student require a ticket to attend the Grad Banquet. Each eligible Grad may purchase up to 8 tickets during Round One. (7 guests + 1 grad student).
* Round One banquet ticket sales begin April 26th at 10:00 a.m. until 5 pm May 2nd. A mailout package has been sent to all grade 12's eligible to participate in Graduation. Including in this mailout are important instructions and information regarding the online ticket purchasing process as well as the student RDPSD ID#. * IF there are extra tickets/seats remaining at the end of Round One, then any remaining tickets will be available to purchase during Round Two: May 5th at 3pm until Noon May 9th.
The following must take place prior to online ticket purchase:
- Your student's RDPSD ID number is required (included in Grad mailout early April)
- No outstanding school fees, textbooks, or library books (included in Grad mailout early April)
- Confirmation of being on the grad list (included in Grad mailout early April) ~ FINAL CUTOFF DATE: April 18th
* Online booking will not allow purchase of banquet tickets until the above conditions are met.
* Official tickets will be available for pick up along with Grad's cap & gown at HHHS bookstore. Dates: May 11th at NOON until May 18th 3:30pm.
* We apologize, but we cannot accomodate seating requests. Tickets/table selections are on a first come, first served basis. No refunds.
