To be eligible to participate in the graduation ceremony and the grad banquet, grade 12 students must be registered in a program of applicable courses* that will enable them to obtain a minimum of 100 credits by the end of June 2017. 

(*for clarification of courses, please see student Grade 12 Administrator)

It is the responsibility of all grade 12 students to ensure that they are on the official grad lists (posted throughout the year on the Grad Wall in the gathering area). If a student is not on the grad list, he/she will need to see a Gr. 12 Administrator to find out why. (Please Note: Being on the grad list does not ensure students will achieve a grade 12 diploma - it only demonstrates who is eligible for a diploma IF he or she pass all the required applicable courses in June.)

Please ensure name spellings are correct when reviewing the grad list. See Mrs. Ruth-Irvine or Mrs. Jennifer Boiteau if there are any errors or omissions.
