College High

Hunting Hills High School is proud to offer an alternative for any students in Red Deer Public School District, particularly those returning to finish their high school diploma in Grade "13" or those students looking to upgrade to meet post-secondary entrance requirements.

College High is a program housed at Red Deer College that is fully teacher instructed by high school teachers, attendance-based (attendance is mandatory), and allows students to fast track through the course work.  Each course offered is approximately 42 classes, 3 hours each (offered in either the morning (9 am - 12 noon) or the afternoon (12:30 - 3:30)).  This is NOT intended for Grade 11 students.  Students MUST be in Grade 12 or "13" to attend College High.

Please see this PDF sheet explaining the program.  If you are interested or you would like more information, please see Mrs. Irvine in the Main Office at Hunting Hills High School or email to set up an appointment.
